SUPERHERO SATURDAY

New Art Exchange had a brilliant day on Superhero Saturday! Check out the photos of the staff and EVS ladies joining in on the day! A visitng mum says: "The day was great, the staff were brilliant and everyone was dressed up! Loved the goody bags, and the vibe was excellent. The kids couldn't have had a better day!!' The day was packed with workshops, photo shoots, film screenings, food and goodies and a special colour changing drink! You could say the whole day was 'Super!' The next family friendly workshop is on Saturday 16 June, 4pm - 5pm ... Indian dance-theatre and storytelling workshop with Shane Shambhu  In this session, especially designed for young people to learn with their parent/guardian, participants will connect with Indian dance and experience using the human body as a tool for communication. Using Indian dance and theatre techniques, participants will delve into Indian mythological stories and experiment with the use of their own bodies to tell stories through mime. Admission: £5 per dance couple Age Range: Suitable for young people aged 11 plus with an adult dance partner. All abilities welcome.
